This is a great business idea but whose benefit is under threat from competing technologies such as blackberries, wireless modems and other Internet-enabled gadgets that allow access through a fixed service provider. Pros: 1. Low initial investment cost. 2. The business idea addresses a relevant and real need. Cons: 1. High cost of Internet access – Up to USD 0.25 per minute of use. 2. Competition from other mobile technologies e.g. wireless modems, blackberries and other Internet-enabled phones.
