NEW is a US-based company located in Virginia. They have 7 locations throughout the US and hire employees that work from home. Their main business is being one of the nation's leading providers of buyer protection programs and extended service plans for their clients. They specialize in customer care working for their clients that are leading retailers, manufacturers, financial service and utilities companies. NEW has been in business since 1983 and is privately held and provides product protection for over 100 million consumers annually. This is an employee position that will provide you with a W-2 and they take care of taxes, offer discounted insurance programs and you will not be required to handle any of the things involved with being an independent contractor. The job consists of up to a 40 hour work week, on a schedule provided by the company from home, and will take customer service calls for their clients. You would be helping them with problems, warranty information, replacements and more. There is a complex application process and training for newly hired employees.
