REVIEW: Marys Life Job

check-mark reviews

Company: Marys Life Job

Locations: United States, Canada and Europe

Stars out of 5:

0

Suspected Spam or Scam (a): Yes (Scam)

Approximate Startup Cost: USD$2.95

Job/Business: Business

Salary/Income Range: USD $5 - USD$30/per posted link.

Website: www.maryslifejob.com

Description of Business:
MarysLifeJob.com is a website run by one Mary Steadman that seems to provide guidance to potential online entrepreneurs on the best and safest way to make money online. It recommends Google Biz Kit and My Internet Payday as the two tools you will need to get started. The business concept revolves around posting web links. Startup costs seem enticingly cheap (USD 2.95). Problem is that My Internet Payday will hit your credit card account with a USD 79.00 charge every month, a fact conveniently hidden away in the fine print. The sales pitch at MarysLifeJob.com is pretty convincing, but I read Con! all over this one!

Pros:
1. Link posting is a legitimate online business. It is unfortunate that MarysLifeJob.com is using the concept to rip-off unsuspecting people.

Cons:
1. There is a deliberate attempt to conceal the USD 79 monthly charge on your credit card that stems from registration for My Internet Payday.

2. My Internet Payday can share your credit card information with other unscrupulous persons and sites. As a pointer to the fraudulent nature, it would sometimes prove difficult to reach them on phone on email.

3. Note that Google Biz Kit is not a product from Google despite the name.

(a) Scam - illegal / unethical job or business opportunity designed to trick people out of their money.
Spam - marketing of job or business opportunity, which does not pay out or provides very little value to the job/business seekers.
